You represent that you own your submitted content or have permission to use it, and that our permitted processing of it will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
The Services and their original content, including the CultivatorQuest name, designs, written material, frameworks, graphics, downloads, tool structures, and other resources, are owned by Joseph Remington or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Unless a resource carries a different license, your access is for your personal or internal business use.
You may apply what you learn and use generated results for your own lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, license, publish, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from substantial portions of the Services without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Services, CultivatorQuest, or other users are at risk.
Pathfinder, Trailblazer, and other paid offerings may be sold as monthly, annual, or one-time purchases. The price, billing interval, included features, and any additional purchase terms will be shown before checkout.
When you begin a recurring subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the stated interval until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the checkout page says otherwise.
You may cancel a recurring membership through the account or subscription-management options made available to you, or by contacting us through the Contact Us page.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods, unused features, or a decision to stop using the Services.
If a charge was made in error or you experience a genuine access problem that we cannot resolve, contact us so we can review the situation.We may change prices or plan features. Changes to recurring prices will apply to a future renewal after any notice required by law. Taxes may be added when required.
The Services rely on third parties for functions such as website hosting, newsletter delivery, analytics, artificial intelligence, account access, and payment processing.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.Links to outside websites are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices.
We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.We work to keep the Services useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of user content, or compatibility with every device or platform.
Keep your own copies of any output or material you consider important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Remington and CultivatorQuest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

These limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joseph Remington and CultivatorQuest from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your submitted content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.
We may update these Terms as the Services change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
When a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
